The Jolly Art of Handwriting Interpretation

Xmas bells are ringing in the distance. And the end grows nigh. Not because of the new year, mainly because I'm going to attempt The Fudge recipe again. Someone dear wrote and sent it to me three years ago. I attempt it every year but, darn it, I can't read the handwriting for the life of me. It reads differently every time. Here is how it reads tonight. Enjoy. And if this blows up the planet... I'm sorry, Mom.

Recipe: Fudge
From:----------
Makes: 36 lbs

1 large can of eloped musk
3 chops of liqueur

Bring to a boil and croak,
strenthening until beepings honk. Harken.

Add: 1 cube of beetles
Then pan antlers (gently)

1 lb mice choc.  Let burrs broaden niftly.
2 packages of choc. chirps (chicken?)
6 ox marshmallows ala crème
2 tsp of vanilla

Best until explained. Pet sappy deer.
Add walnuts or pecans if so desired. Pour into 10x14 pan

Thanks for all the love and support this year from each and every one of you. We all work together to keep the dream, all of our dreams alive. Be well. Most of all, be happy. With a fierce passion. Merry Christmas! And, of course, a happy New Year.

Happy Birthday PMM! BreadCrumbs!

It's Pulp Metal Magazine's 1st birthday!

Jason Michel has lit a bomb of a birthday candle for your literary darkness. Richard Godwin, Kristin Fouquet, Ian Ayris, Melanie Browne, UV Ray, Paul D Brazil, Kevin Shamel, yours truly and the hairy Dictator himself (and more!) give you stories nothing less than a jolt of pure unadulterated 100% PMM fandango madness.... Read. Here. Now. Or I'm sending that bug after you and it's got one hell of a pincher.

My Story

left by the muffin man. Secret messenger of a monster:
the insect with a thousand eyes.
It's been waiting for you, for this moment, for a very long time.

AND just incase you haven't heard (of course you have) about Jason Michel's debut novel, "Confessions of a Black Dog". It can be purchased at Brown Paper Publishing. I bought a copy myself and am looking forward it.
